Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to Revy’s website, dashboard, Revy pages, and related services (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Revy on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

You must be at least 18 and operate a legitimate Shopify store to connect via OAuth.

You are responsible for account security and activity under your credentials.

You may not misrepresent store metrics, impersonate another merchant, or manipulate leaderboard rankings.

Connecting Shopify grants Revy read access to data needed to verify and display metrics. You may disconnect at any time from your dashboard.

Revy displays verified data pulled from Shopify. You are responsible for ensuring your public profile settings match your comfort level.

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Refunds are handled case-by-case for annual plans within 14 days of purchase. Contact hello@revy.app.

Do not abuse the Service, scrape other merchants’ data at scale, reverse engineer our systems, or use Revy for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm the merchant community.

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted sync or specific leaderboard outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revy’s liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before a claim.
