Sync & share

Revy syncs revenue, orders, and growth from Shopify. Your dashboard and Revy page at revy-baaq5lx2l-denyslavangelov-gmailcoms-projects.vercel.app/yourstore populate within minutes—then share flex cards and opt into the leaderboard.

Read-only by design

Revy cannot change products, inventory, checkout, or orders. We read aggregate Shopify data to power your dashboard and public page—then you decide what to share.

  • Verified revenue, orders, and growth
  • Marketing channel attribution from order data
  • Optional Shopify Analytics when reports scope is granted
  • No customer names, emails, or addresses

Works with your stack

Revy complements your existing Shopify theme and apps. Your Revy page lives at revy-baaq5lx2l-denyslavangelov-gmailcoms-projects.vercel.app—no theme edits required. Embed badges or link from your storefront, bio, or pitch deck when you're ready.

Billing is handled entirely through Shopify. Disconnect anytime from Dashboard → Integrations to remove synced data from Revy.

Your data stays yours

  • Read-only access — we never change products, inventory, or checkout.
  • Shopify is the source of truth. Revenue, orders, and growth are pulled from your store.
  • No customer PII — only store-level metrics needed for your dashboard and public page.
  • Disconnect anytime — synced metrics, connection tokens, and uploaded logos are deleted from Revy.

What Revy does

Revy is a Shopify app that turns verified store performance into a shareable growth page. Merchants use it to prove revenue and momentum without screenshots, manual spreadsheets, or unverifiable claims.

  • Syncs revenue, orders, average order value, and growth from Shopify automatically.
  • Publishes a branded Revy page with metrics you choose to show.
  • Provides a merchant dashboard with year filters, charts, marketing channels, and top products.
  • Generates Flex Cards—exportable visuals for social posts and pitch decks.
  • Ranks stores on an optional public leaderboard by category and growth.

Installation flow

From the Shopify App Store

  • Click Install on the Revy listing and approve permissions in your Shopify admin.
  • You are redirected to Revy to sign in or create an account.
  • Complete onboarding: profile copy, logo, highlight color, and privacy settings.
  • Choose a plan in Dashboard → Billing if required—billing runs through Shopify.

From revy.app

  • You can also sign up at revy.app first, then connect Shopify from Dashboard → Integrations.
  • Both paths use the same read-only OAuth connection and sync pipeline.

Permissions explained

Revy requests read-only Shopify API scopes. We never write to your catalog, inventory, prices, checkout, or orders.

  • read_orders — recent order totals, referral attribution, and dashboard analytics.
  • read_all_orders — full order history for accurate year filters, revenue history, and older marketing channel breakdowns.
  • read_products — product titles for best-seller and top-product displays.
  • read_reports — Shopify Analytics sessions and marketing reports when available.

Review granted scopes anytime under Dashboard → Integrations. If scopes are missing, reconnect Shopify to approve updates. Some analytics reports require Shopify Protected Customer Data approval; without it, Revy uses order-based data and synced history instead.

What we access vs. what we don’t

See the full Privacy Policy at https://revy-baaq5lx2l-denyslavangelov-gmailcoms-projects.vercel.app/privacy for retention, deletion, and your rights.

We sync and store

  • Store-level revenue, orders, growth, and monthly history.
  • Aggregate product performance (titles and units—not individual shoppers).
  • Marketing channel attribution from order referral data.
  • Profile content you enter: name, slug, descriptions, logo, and visibility settings.
  • OAuth tokens and billing status needed to keep the connection active.

We do not collect

  • Customer names, emails, phone numbers, or shipping addresses.
  • Payment card numbers—Shopify bills you for Revy on your Shopify invoice.
  • Write access to modify your Shopify store.

Billing

Revy is free to install. Paid plans unlock publishing, full dashboard features, flex cards, and leaderboard visibility. All charges are processed by Shopify’s app billing system.

  • Revy Annual — $25 USD per year, billed through Shopify. Promotional first-year offers may apply for eligible stores.
  • Revy Lifetime — $45 USD one-time purchase through Shopify with no annual renewal for that plan tier.
  • Manage or cancel subscriptions in Dashboard → Billing or from Shopify admin → Settings → Apps.

Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase—contact hello@revy.app.

See https://revy-baaq5lx2l-denyslavangelov-gmailcoms-projects.vercel.app/terms for full billing terms.

Privacy controls

Every merchant chooses what appears publicly. Settings live under Dashboard → Settings → Privacy.

  • Profile visibility: Public, Unlisted (link only), or Private.
  • Toggle revenue, orders, AOV, growth, charts, about section, best seller, rank, and search indexing individually.
  • Flex card defaults: exact revenue, growth only, or rank only.
  • Leaderboard opt-in: choose whether to appear in category rankings.

Sync & data freshness

  • Metrics sync on a regular schedule after install and when you manually sync from Integrations.
  • Your dashboard reflects the last successful sync from Shopify.
  • Year filters combine synced order data with stored revenue history for complete timelines.
  • Marketing channels for older years use historical attribution stored at sync time when live Shopify reports are unavailable.

Disconnect, uninstall & data deletion

  • Disconnect — Dashboard → Integrations → Disconnect removes synced metrics, tokens, and uploaded logos from Revy. Your Shopify store is unchanged.
  • Uninstall — Removing Revy from Shopify admin triggers automatic cleanup via Shopify webhooks.
  • Shop redaction — Shopify’s mandatory compliance webhooks delete remaining shop records when required.

Your Revy login may remain after disconnect unless you request account deletion at hello@revy.app.
